Just click the red “Send us your paper” button in the top right corner of our website, and you’ll be able to submit from anywhere in the world at any time and on any day. We’ve got a team of over 50 editors who are ready to help you, so even if our busy seasons, we’re always ready to help you!

Hours for returns count down 24/7 and 365 days per year too! So if you submit at 4 am on Friday morning as a regular order (72 hours), you’ll have the document back by 4 am Monday. Even if you submit us your work at midnight on Christmas Eve, we’re committed to meeting your deadline and will have your document back to you before you know it!

We are a small company though, so email responses can take a few hours. We’ll have someone available to respond to enquires every day of the week, but during the morning in the UK, we’re often busy doing quality control and returning documents.
