Hours count down 24/7. We work on weekends, holidays, whenever you need us.

If your submission was under 15,000 words, there are two options for how many hours a return will take: 72 hours (regular) and 36 hours (rush).

If you chose “regular” and submitted, for example, at 5pm on Friday, we’ll be returning your document 72 hours, or 3 days, later. That’s 5pm on Monday.

If you chose “rush” and submitted, for example, at 5pm on Friday, the document will be returned 36 hours later. That’s 5am on Sunday. 

Please keep in mind that our schedule is usually full in August and September, so documents will usually take the full window to return. In this season, please make sure to send us an e-mail before submitting a rush order!

You’re always welcome to email for a return update! Someone will be available to answer your email every day of the week. Don’t panic if you don’t immediately hear back: Morning in the UK is our busiest period. We might be slower to respond during that time of day, as we’ll be doing quality control and returning orders for the day.
